Responsibilities: • Offer mortgage advisory services to clients.• Identify and reach out to potential clients.• Gather and assess client information to understand their needs.• Analyse gathered information and conduct research for suitable recommendations.• Ensure accurate completion of all supporting documentation.• Deliver agreed-upon service levels to clients promptly.• Maintain regulatory competency per FCA and firm standards.• Stay updated on market changes, products, and regulations.• Adhere to firm's Compliance and Training & Competence Procedures.• Comply with relevant financial regulations and codes of practice.• Uphold performance standards as outlined in the firm's KPIs.• Identify and fulfil Continuing Professional Development needs for competency enhancement.
