As a Digital Analyst, you will be pivotal in managing three major projects that are critical to the digital strategy. Your expertise in Adobe Analytics, along with hands-on experience with Contentsquare and Ensighten, will help drive the success of their initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on impactful projects that will enhance the digital footprint and improve customer experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

Booking Funnel Migration:

  • Lead the migration of the booking funnel from an outsourced website to an in-house platform
  • Ensure robust tracking and reporting are in place during and after the migration
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and UX designers, to optimise the booking funnel for better conversion rates

Brand Website Merger:

  • Manage the analytics integration and data consolidation as the client merges two brand websites.
  • Develop and execute tracking strategies to monitor performance, user behaviour, and engagement on the unified site
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to guide strategic decisions and enhance the merged website's performance

Customer Experience Enhancement:

  • Utilise Adobe Experience Platform to analyse and optimise customer journeys across digital touchpoints
  • Leverage Contentsquare for deep user experience analysis and identify areas for personalisation and enhancement
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to implement customer experience improvements based on comprehensive data analysis

Skills & Experience

  • Proven expertise in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Experience Platform
  • Experience with Contentsquare for user experience analytics
  • Proficiency with Ensighten for tagging and data layer management
  • Strong understanding of web analytics and tracking implementation

Benefits

£450 - £500 per day, Inside IR35, Surrey - 3 days in the office, 6 month contract
