An exciting opportunity for a Real Estate Debt professional to join an established and growing Real Estate Debt Asset Management & Advisory firm. Coverage will span UK & European Real Estate markets, with a focus on Commercial Real Estate business.

Responsibilities:

  • Take responsibility for a diverse range of Commercial Real Estate debt portfolios
  • Manage interaction with various lenders & borrowers
  • Prepare detailed credit reports and carry out annual reviews
  • Analyse financial statements and assess transaction documentation
  • Verification and processing of commercial loans 
  • Comparison and analysis of lending against underwriting/budgets
  • Perform risk management functions for commercial lending
  • Ensure transactions are documented and serviced in accordance with relevant policies and procedures
  • Ensure transactions are compliant with regulatory requirements
  • Liaise with internal/external stakeholders
  • Support new business development
  • Work closely with senior management

 Key Skills:

  • Diverse Real Estate debt exposure (CRE preferred)
  • Strong credit skills
  • Strong Cashflow modelling skills
  • Client management exposure
  • Solid loan documentation knowledge
