Partner Manager – Consulting, SI, and Investment Ecosystem (UK, Remote)Location: Remote, London & South East (UK national - no sponsorship)Reports to: UK Sales DirectorEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleMy client is seeking a dynamic and commercially astute Partner Manager to develop and grow strategic relationships across the UK’s consulting, IT advisory, and investment ecosystems. This role focuses on building alliances with ISV's, Consulting firms, IT Influencers, Strategic Business Consultants, Systems Integrators (SIs), and Private Equity / Venture Capital firms within the City and broader UK market.You’ll play a pivotal role in driving new pipeline revenue opportunities through joint go-to-market initiatives, referral and reseller programmes, and strategic account collaboration. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in a partnership, relationship-driven environment and understands how influence, relationships, and commercial alignment accelerate growth.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner Acquisition & DevelopmentIdentify, engage, and onboard new consulting, SI, and investment ecosystem partners.Build trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders, from practice leads and managing partners to PE operating partners and portfolio directors.Maintain and develop a very well established relationship with Microsoft.Go-to-Market ExecutionCo-create joint value propositions, marketing campaigns, and business development plans with key partners and the direct sales force.Drive partner-sourced and influenced pipeline across enterprise and public sector segments.Ecosystem StrategyMap the UK’s consulting and investment ecosystem to identify emerging partners and key influencer networks within the IT domain.Maintain a strong understanding of market trends in digital transformation, cloud, AI, and enterprise technology.Relationship ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, ensuring strategic alignment and mutual success.Support joint pursuits, proposals, and client engagements where partner influence is critical.Performance & ReportingTrack partner performance and forecast pipeline impact.Report on partner activities, ROI, and ecosystem insights to internal stakeholders.Experience & Skills10/15+ years experience in Partner Management, Alliances, or Strategic Tier One Channel roles within technology, consulting, or enterprise software.Demonstrated success building relationships with consultancies, SIs, ISV's/OEM's and importantly investment PE/VC firms.Strong understanding of enterprise technology landscapes (e.g. cloud, data, SaaS, digital transformation).Comfortable working with C-level executives and navigating complex partnership ecosystems.Proven ability to deliver measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes via indirect routes to market.Excellent communication, presentation, and commercial negotiation skills.Hugely credible with real gravitas and expertise at the Executive end of the market.Self-starter with the ability to operate independently in a remote, UK-based environment.Why Join UsOpportunity to shape the UK partner ecosystem for a high-growth, highly successful and well-respected technology company.Work with an ambitious, distributed team that values collaboration, innovation, and impact.Competitive salary (£130K-£140K base plus performance-based incentives (10/15% bonus), car allowance and full benefits/Insurances.Flexible, fully remote working environment with London-based networking opportunities.
