Our vision is to deliver exceptional learning experiences, driven by innovation, inclusion, employability, and excellence.    About the role  Lead the Future of Careers & Industry Collaboration at EFI Group Join EFI Group as a key leader in driving the success of the Futures: Careers & Industry Collaboration team. In this critical role, you’ll oversee the development and management of our Careers and Industry Collaboration service, enhancing graduate outcomes and industry engagement for both Further Education and Higher Education students. You’ll strategically shape employability agendas, ensuring alignment with EFI Group’s goals, while driving impactful careers education initiatives and industry placements. Collaborating with senior leadership, you'll influence policy and contribute to the progression of our students and institutional growth.
