PLC Co-ordinator

School House Recruitment are working in conjunction with a large MAT in the Redcar and Cleveland area to recruit for a Personalised Learning Support Centre Co-ordinator.The role is to work as part of the Personalised Learning Support team, to promote the learning and welfare of vulnerable students.Experience of working in a School Environment with young people with specific difficulties and vulnerabilities is essential, as is the experience and knowledge of issues affecting students and young people and how to support these needs.Level 2 qualifications in Maths and English are also essential.This is a challenging but rewarding role for the right candidate. You will work closely with the SLT and Inclusion team to manage the room and provide appropriate and personalised timetables for individual students and groups.The role is to start in September 2024 and will be on a full time basis.If you have the Qualifications and experience necessary to fulfil the role please contact the office
