  1. Conduct and manage IP litigation in UK and European courts
  2. Advise clients on complex IP issues and strategies
  3. Support senior attorneys on high-stakes litigation and advisory matters
  4. Engage with clients to ensure a thorough understanding of their needs and objectives
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the firm for cohesive case management
Requirements:
  1. Qualified solicitor with around 2-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in IP law, focusing on contentious matters
  2. Strong interest in IP litigation and advisory work
  3. Excellent analytical skills and ability to handle complex legal matters
  4. Effective communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients
  5. Proven academic background in law, with a specific focus or interest in intellectual property
