DescriptionWe are currently recruiting for an experiencedRestaurant Serverto join our Team at theSheraton Grand Hotel & Spaworking 30 hours per week (6 hours per day 5 days out of 7).Working in our One Square Restaurantyou will be expected to cover a variety of breakfast shifts including weekends. Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa is one of Scotlands leading 5 star hotels. As the largest 5 star hotel we also have the biggest banqueting and meeting facilities of any hotel in Edinburgh with a capacity of up to 500 and our One Square Restaurant and bar.Essential FunctionsTo work with the Food & Beverage team to ensure achievement of strategic departmental goals especially in the area of guest satisfaction.
