Were looking for a Front-End Engineer who shares our passion for music and wants to craft interfaces that make a real difference to artists lives.  About You Youre a passionate Front-End Engineer who cares as much about the people using your interfaces as the code behind them. Youve been developing your CSS and React skills and are excited to grow them further while creating beautiful accessible web experiences. You believe in building responsive performant interfaces that just work - so musicians can focus on what they do best: creating music. Essential Experience Solid React fundamentals (components hooks state management) Strong CSS skills with experience in modern approaches (Tailwind SASS or similar) Good working knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and ES6 features Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development Interest in accessibility and creating inclusive user experiences Enthusiasm for learning performance optimisation techniques Ability to work collaboratively with Product and Engineering teams Bonus points for experience with Full Stack or Back End technology and practices What Sets You Apart Youre driven by empathy for end users Youre eager to learn best practices and grow your skills through mentorship You balance attention to detail with getting things done You love getting the chance to roll up your sleeves and contribute beyond just the Front End when needed Youre excited about working in a diverse inclusive environment to serve music and the creative industries  Join us in building the user experiences that help musicians succeed.
