This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong water-sector background particularly in water efficiency or behaviour change campaigning to shape how our brand is understood and how we help customers value and use water wisely.As a valued employee youll be entitled to: -Competitive pension scheme Anglian Water double-matches your contributions up to 6%-Personal private health care-26 days leave rising with service Bank Holidays with the option to swap Christmas and Easter holidays for those celebrated by your religion-Opportunity to volunteer do unpaid work in the community-Life Cover at 8x your salary-Personal Accident cover up to 5x your salary-Flexible benefits to support your wellbeing and lifestyle-Paid time off when youre physically and mentally unwell-Lots of great benefits including 20% off new EE mobile contracts discounted cinema tickets and a Cycle2Work scheme-Free parking at all offices site and leisure parks What youll be doing: Lead and coordinate strategic communications that help customers understand the value of water and support sustainable water use across the region.Develop and deliver integrated campaigns particularly those focused on water efficiency resource resilience behaviour change and community engagement.Champion brand consistency and ensure all messaging aligns with our environmental priorities and long-term resource management goals.Build strong relationships with operational water teams behavioural science specialists and external agencies to deliver high-quality insight-driven campaigns.Apply data and insight from customer research to water-usage analytics to optimise campaign performance and identify opportunities to drive measurable water-saving outcomes.What does it take to be successfulA degree (or equivalent experience) and significant experience in marketing and campaign management.A background in the water industry water resource management or sustainability particularly delivering water efficiency or customer behaviour-change campaigns.Experience working strategically within complex matrix organisations.Excellent communication skills attention to detail and the ability to create compelling audience-driven content across multiple formats.Confidence managing senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making in a fast-paced environment.Experience using insight data and performance analytics to track campaign impact and drive continuous improvement ideally with an understanding of water consumption metrics or resource-use behaviours.Inclusion at Anglian Water: Join us and make a difference.
