London, United Kingdom Falcon Investment Management Full time

About Us: Falcon Investment Management is an FCA-regulated hedge fund platform and full-scope AIFM, supporting emerging and established managers through institutional-grade infrastructure. Our multi-manager platform offers access to a diverse range of highly liquid, performance-driven strategies, and is designed to deliver uncorrelated, risk-adjusted returns to investors across market cycles. We are now looking to expand our capital raising efforts and are seeking a senior-level Investor Relations professional to lead fundraising and investor engagement for our flagship multi-manager fund. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, well-connected IR specialist with a deep understanding of the hedge fund landscape and strong experience engaging with family offices, wealth managers, and institutional allocators. Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute capital raising initiatives for Falcon’s multi-manager fund, targeting HNWIs, family offices, wealth platforms, and institutional investors across the UK and globally. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective investors while cultivating long-term relationships with existing clients and allocators. Represent Falcon at investor meetings, industry events, and conferences, articulating the firm’s investment proposition, performance, and value-add. Collaborate with the investment and operations teams to produce compelling marketing materials, presentations, factsheets, and regular investor updates. Manage the investor onboarding process in coordination with legal, compliance, and fund administration teams. Serve as a trusted point of contact for investor due diligence, providing clear and timely responses to RFIs, DDQs, and ongoing queries. Gather and relay investor feedback internally, helping shape product development, communications strategy, and client servicing initiatives. Work closely with senior management to define and execute a long-term fundraising strategy aligned with Falcon’s growth objectives. Candidate Profile: Minimum 5 years of experience in investor relations, capital raising, or business development within the hedge fund, alternatives, or asset management space. Proven track record of successfully raising capital from sophisticated investors. Strong network of allocators including family offices, private banks, fund of funds, and institutions. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to represent the firm at a senior level. Deep understanding of hedge fund structures, investment strategies, performance metrics, and operational due diligence. Highly organized, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow and build long-term investor partnerships. UK-based and able to travel as required. Additional Information: This role is based in London and offers a rare opportunity to join a fast-growing investment firm with a differentiated product offering and institutional backing. Falcon offers a collaborative, high-performance environment where the right individual will have real influence and opportunity for growth.
