Join Our Team: Part-Time Associate Opportunity for Counselling or Clinical PsychologistsWe’re excited to offer an opportunity for a Counselling or Clinical Psychologist to join our private practice as a part-time, self-employed associate.We’re looking for psychologists interested in offering hybrid sessions, some face-to-face appointments at our Wimbledon Clinic and some online.At Resilient Wellbeing Clinic, we are committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based, integrative, and compassionate care. We’re seeking like-minded practitioners who share our values and are dedicated to offering exceptional therapy in a supportive, professional environment.We are looking for:·      A HCPC-registered Counselling or Clinical Psychologist, practising within ethical and professionalguidelines.·      A practitioner with an integrative therapeutic approach, drawing from at least two evidence-based models.·      Experience supporting clients with a range of mental health difficulties and severity levels.·      A practitioner who holds current professional indemnity insurance.·      A reliable, accountable professional committed to attending sessions booked on their behalf within agreed hours.·      Availability of 4–6 hours per week, with the potential to increase over time.·      Strong organisational and communication skills.What we offer:·      A steady stream of referrals to help grow your private caseload.·      No admin hassle, we take care of all admin: appointment booking, reminders, referral screening, invoicing, billing, and between-session communications.·      Clients matched to you based on your specialist areas and preferences.·      Reliable monthly payments, based on the hours you work.·      Online visibility via our clinic website.·      Full induction and ongoing support with our practice systems and procedures.·      Flexible working hours that fit around your schedule.·      A newly refurbished therapy room, designed to offer a calm, elegant, and professional space.Pay: £60 per hour
