Telesales Representative

Due to our rapid expansion, our client is seeking a dynamic Telesales Representative, based in Rugby, to help us source new business within the thriving UK energy market.

Permanent role

£20,000 plus bonus

Based in Rugby

Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 4:30 pm.

No weekends

As a Telesales Representative, you will have the opportunity to fuel your own success and future progression. Our client pride themselves on valuing their employees as individuals and recognize that it is our amazing team that drives our success.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conducting all lead qualifications, appointment setting, and sales over the phone, making it essential that you are comfortable and confident on the telephone.
  • Engaging with prospects through outbound calls (from cold and warm leads) to connect and establish meaningful conversations.
  • Striving for one-call closes where possible and maintaining accurate customer information using the company’s CRM.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Professional and confident on the phone, with at least 1+ years’ experience in an outbound telesales/appointment-setting role.
  • A high level of self-motivation, with strong negotiation skills and a passion for progressing further in their sales journey.
  • Passionate about sales

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience within the energy sector or a related field.
  • A keen interest in sustainable energy solutions.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary £20,000 per year with O.T.E. of £45,000 in first year
  • Uncapped commission scheme based on appointments made and sales secured.
  • Monthly company profit-sharing bonus.
  • 28 days of holidays inclusive of bank and public holidays, plus the option to purchase additional days.

Hours of Work:

  • 9 am - 4:30 pm Monday to Friday (no weekends)
