This is a hands-on leadership role managing a variety of facilities services including cleaning teams, bulky waste collection, pest control, and general site maintenance. You'll play a key role in ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard - keeping public and commercial spaces clean, compliant, and operational. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and coordinate multi-site teams (cleaners, bulky collection crews, pest control operatives). Manage rotas, allocate workloads, and monitor performance and service standards. Conduct site inspections, ensuring all work is completed safely and to specification. Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to resolve issues promptly. Support with hands-on duties when required. Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance documentation.
