MEP Manager- CambridgeA well-respected main contractor requires an experienced MEP Manager to deliver a £50m scheme based south of Cambridge. This will be a full-time position reporting directly to a Project Manager. Key Responsibilities;Effective management of Services Contractors and other related Sub-Contractors / Supply Chain PartnersReview and report on specifications and design drawings and ensure appropriate service/design decisions are metDevelop design proposals at sketch, detailed design and production stages where deemed appropriateProgramme and facilitate the flow of information between the Design Team and Services SubcontractorsAttend Client meetings and provide updates on progressOrganise and Chair coordination meetings for the Services SubcontractorsPlan the work and organise the plant and site facilities to meet project deadlinesReview Subcontractor submittals on plant proposals and procurement routes and track these as requiredInspect, assess, and verify commissioning of MEP systems on siteTimely submittal of the Safety File Data for the Client on project completionQualifications & Experience:Relevant Engineering degree/diploma or related discipline requiredPreferably 5+ years’ experience in Building Services Contractor / Consultant officesFamiliar with Mechanical, Electrical, Sprinkler & Process Systems / ConstructionComputer literate in Microsoft Office PackageProven track record in Residential ProjectsWilling to contribute and adhere to the quality and safety requirements of the operationTo take advantage of this opportunity apply now or send your CV to (url removed)
