AV Project Manager (high end bespoke) - The role of av project manager will see you managing multiple high end residential projects simultaneously mainly bespoke with some MDUs. Projects will involve new build and retro-fit build where you skills and experience will need to come to the fore. You must have a minimum of 5 years residential AudioVisual Project Management experience to be considered. You will be working with some of the biggest and technically advanced audio visual systems on the market today so you must be able to deliver on time and budget. It essential that you have the following:Crestron DM NVX, Lutron Integration, Dali and the ability to design using Cad / AutocadBespoke Cinema and IT Home NetworksEngineer (contract and in house) and time management (project timescales)The ability to deliver on time and on budgetClient facingManaging AV Residential project that can run into the millionsDue to the nature of the role you will need to demonstrate a thorough understanding of schematics and wiring diagrams and be able to work with other trades on site.
