Internal Communications Specialist Location: Newcastle upon Tyne | Full-time | Competitive Salary My client is a leading engineering and manufacturing business, supplying complex, safety-critical products across multiple technical sectors. As they grow, they are looking for an Internal Communications Specialist to help improve employee engagement and ensure clear, consistent communication across their 500-strong workforce. The Role You will develop and deliver internal communication across newsletters, intranet, email, digital screens, and town halls. Working closely with HR, Operations, and senior leaders, you’ll support change programmes, promote our values, and help build a strong, connected culture.
