Purpose of the Role: Our client is seeking a talented content marketing expert to craft, refine, and implement an effective content strategy aimed at achieving specific business outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy that enhances brand perception and stimulates demand for our client's products and services across SMB, Enterprise, and Indirect markets.
  • Lead and expand a team of content professionals, ensuring the creation of superior content in collaboration with commercial, technical, and product teams.
  • Utilise data and insights to tailor strategy, aiming to deliver the right message to the right audience at the optimal time.
  • Align content strategy with the customer journey from initial engagement to customer retention, feeding into the marketing funnel to boost engagement across various channels.
