As the firm continues to grow they are looking for an experienced and driven Tax Senior to join our dynamic team.This is a fantastic opportunity for a tax professional looking to take the next step in their career offering a balance of compliance and advisory work alongside career progression and client interaction.The Role:As a Tax Senior you will be responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of clients delivering both personal and corporate tax compliance as well as high-quality advisory services. You will also support our portfolio management team and play a key role in staff mentoring and client development.Key Responsibilities:Compliance:Prepare and review tax returns for individuals partnerships sole traders and limited companiesEnsure compliance with all HMRC deadlines and legislationMaintain accurate and up-to-date client tax recordsAdvisory:Provide proactive tax planning and advisory services to clientsAdvise on business transactions restructuring and tax-efficient structuringIdentify opportunities for tax savings and process improvementServe as the main tax contact for a portfolio of clientsGeneral:Work closely with colleagues across departments to deliver joined-up client servicesSupport and mentor junior team membersContribute to business development including networking and generating new leadsContinuously improve internal tax processes and service deliveryWhat Were Looking For:ACA / ACCA / CTA qualified (or equivalent); ATT and QBE candidates will also be consideredMinimum 4years of experience in a tax-focused role within practiceExperience in either corporate tax personal tax or mixed taxSound understanding of UK tax legislation and HMRC complianceProven track record of delivering tax advice to owner-managed businessesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsProficiency in tax software and Microsoft OfficeAbility to manage deadlines clients and team members efficientlyHigh attention to detail and a strong sense of professional integrityWhat We Offer:Competitive salary based on experienceCompany pension schemeHealth insurance and other employee benefitsCompany car schemeOpportunities for professional growth and promotionSupportive and friendly working cultureFlexible working arrangements (hybrid options available) Key Skills Tax Experience,Accounting Software,GAAP,QuickBooks,Accounting,Sage,Account Reconciliation,Analysis Skills,Research Experience,SOX,Microsoft Excel,Financial Analysis Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
