The RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable & Expense Analyst to join our Finance team in Ipswich. This role offers exposure to global operations and modern finance systems, making it ideal for someone looking to grow their career in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.You’ll be responsible for managing supplier and employee expense processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution. From onboarding new suppliers to processing invoices and expense claims, you’ll play a key role in maintaining smooth financial operations.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and manage the AP and Expenses email inbox.Set up new suppliers in the finance system, ensuring compliance with onboarding procedures.Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.Review and process employee expense claims in line with company policy.Support supplier onboarding and risk assessment activities.Prepare and execute settlement runs and cash transfer preparation.Liaise with vendors and employees to resolve queries and ensure smooth operations.About YouPrior experience in Accounts Payable and/or Expense Management is desirable.Exposure to Workday is a plus; willingness to learn is essential.Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., basic formulas, data sorting/filtering).Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.About Willis Re We combine specialist broking with analytics, modeling and research to help insurers optimize risk transfer, strengthen balance sheets and achieve sustainable growth.
