Our client, a long-established contractor specialising in mechanical, electrical, and interior fit-out solutions, is seeking an experienced Interiors/Fit-Out Estimator to join their growing team based near Heathrow Airport. This is a key commercial role supporting the delivery of fast-paced, high-spec projects across the aviation and commercial sectors, with typical contract values ranging from £20k up to £700k.The Opportunity: This role is ideal for a detail-driven Estimator who thrives in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for preparing competitive tenders, cost plans, and quotations for interior refurbishment and fit-out works. Working closely with the pre-construction and delivery teams, you will assess client requirements, analyse drawings and specifications, and secure best-value pricing from suppliers and subcontractors. Accuracy, commercial awareness, and strong communication skills are essential, as many projects are undertaken within live and secure environments.Key Responsibilities:Prepare detailed estimates and cost tenders for interior refurbishment and fit-out projectsReview drawings, specifications, and client documentation to build accurate cost plansObtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations
