As an Assistant HR Advisor, you will: Support the management of HR cases, ensuring compliance with legislation and procedures. Assist HR Advisors and the HR Business Partner in managing limited duties processes. Provide real-time support for HR queries and escalate as necessary. Produce monthly management reports for Senior Leadership Teams. Support investigations into discipline and grievance processes, including note-taking during meetings.
