A Detailer/Draughtsman is required in an established Structural and Architectural Steel company based in Sittingbourne. Role Overview: The position offers two potential pathways:Detailer / Draughtsman: Focusing on creating detailed drawings and designs using advanced steel software.Detailer with Project Management: Combining detailing with project management responsibilities. This role involves overseeing projects from drafting through to workshop production, installation, and final account negotiation.Responsibilities:Create detailed technical drawings using advanced steel software.Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure designs meet specifications.For dual role candidates: manage projects, coordinate with workshop and installation teams, and handle client negotiations.Qualifications:Proficiency in advanced steel software.Strong attention to detail and technical drawing skills.Project management experience (for dual role candidates) is an advantage.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Package:Start date is ASAP Job Location: SittingbourneSalary: up to £50K with overtime.Flexible working hoursBenefits: Bonus Scheme: Receive £1000 for every new client project won valued between £80-100K.
