Openshift Senior Engineer

The OpenShift Senior Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing robust OpenShift cluster architectures that meet business and technical requirements. This includes multi-cloud, hybrid, and on-premises deployments, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance across the enterprise.Key Responsibilities:* Design and implement OpenShift cluster architecture for multi-cloud, hybrid, or on-prem environments.* Collaborate with architects, product owners, and engineering teams to align solutions with the bank's strategic roadmap.* Configure and optimize OpenShift clusters for performance, resilience, and security.* Integrate OpenShift with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and enterprise systems.* Troubleshoot complex issues related to container orchestration and networking. * Develop automation scripts and templates for cluster provisioning and life cycle management.* Ensure compliance with the bank's security and regulatory standards.* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.Required Skills & Experience:* Strong hands-on experience with OpenShift (installation, configuration, and administration).* Deep understanding of Kubernetes, container orchestration, and microservices architecture.* Expertise in Linux systems, networking, and security principles.* Familiarity with multi-cloud and hybrid cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).* Experienc...
