In this role, you will oversee the care and development of babies aged 0-2 years, ensuring their safety, happiness, and well-being. You will act as a Key worker and lead a small team to uphold the highest standards of care, safety, and developmental support. Monday to Friday, 8:00am-3:45pm. An additional hour is required on Wednesdays for the weekly staff meeting (5:00pm-6:00pm), which will be paid.Key Responsibilities: Establish a secure and consistent routine to create a calm, organised atmosphere. Lead and motivate a team of practitioners in delivering outstanding care and education. Plan and implement engaging, child-led experiences that support learning and development. Proactively suggest improvements to enhance provision and practice. Maintain a safe, hygienic environment in line with health and safety guidelines. Build strong relationships with children and families, sharing regular updates on progress.
