These opportunities and the support offered by your team and manager will give you the tools to make a real impact and build a rewarding and successful career.You will also have the opportunity to complete a relevant recognised qualification in Insurance which will support you in your career in Multinational.How you will make an impactIn this role you will help drive smarter decisions and better client outcomes by analysing data streamlining data & reporting processes and supporting global projectsAct as a bridge between business and data reporting team ensuring reporting solutions meet real needs while bringing fresh ideas and perspectives.Support the collection analysis and interpretation of business data identify trends opportunities and risks.Assist in preparing reports dashboards and presentations for regional and global stakeholders.Improve efficiency strengthen global collaboration and play a key role in our operational efficiency journey.Ensure data quality across our reporting suite and ensure timely delivery of business performance reports.Stay current with industry trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.What youll need to succeedBachelors or masters degree to be received no later than June 2026.Previous work or volunteering experience in any industry or sectorEvidence of extra-curricular activitiesStrong analytical problem solving and critical thinking skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power Bi.Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a global environment.Self-starter eager to learn with strong attention to detail.A team player with strong communication networking and relationship building skills.What happens nextApply online at The online application process will involve answering some pre-screening questions and uploading a CV this process will take around 20 minutes.At AIG we value in-person collaboration as a vital part of our culture which is why we ask our team members to be primarily in the office.
