Life Science People are looking for a Principal consultant for a global recognised management consultancy firm that contributes to strategic decisions, tailored to a wide range of external stakeholders in the global healthcare space, such as pharmaceutical, biotechnology, digital health, and medical devices. Responsibilities

  • Build an efficient approach regarding business development to further grow existing clients and attract and manage new clients
  • Project management
  • Express intellectual leadership to analysts, (senior) consultants and managers.
  • Provide a variety of strategic solutions including CDD, competitive strategy, portfolio strategy, and go to market strategy
  • Lead client engagements across corporate strategy and due diligence
  • Working on high-level projects
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Responsible for overall delivery of strategic advice
  • Contribute to delivering the strategic goals of the business/support the development of the business

Experience/Qualification

  • 8+ years of strategy consultancy experience with focus within healthcare strategy
  • An undergraduate, master’s degree in life sciences or economics/business is preferred
  • MBA or PhD (considered a plus)
  • Proven track record in gaining new business and/or additional business from existing accounts
  • Proven ability to advise and attract new large enterprise clients
  • Have a large client network
  • Proven client management and ability to develop client relationships
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Multi-disciplinary projects
  • People management experience
