£30-32k + OVERTIME + BENS

Mon-Fri 40 hours a week, early finish on Friday, and flexibility between a 7am or 7.30am start

This is an exciting opportunity to join our client’s team as a Production Technician

Duties include:

  • Based in a workshop environment, you will be maintaining and operating a range of machinery
  • Using production machines to manufacture quality parts
  • Precision machining/engineering
  • Fault-finding using root cause analysis
  • Working collaboratively with maintenance, factory management and other production staff
  • Resolving technical problems and issues
  • Working safely in adherence with policies and procedures
  • Any other duties as required

You will have:

  • Solid experience in relevant machine operation roles within manufacturing environments
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Good underpinning Mechanical knowledge
  • Experience fault-finding and basic maintenance of production machines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ideally a relevant qualification in Engineering, although experience will be considered

This is a great role working in a busy Workshop environment amongst likeminded Machinists.

You will be offered a competitive salary, great working hours and the opportunity to earn more through overtime, as well as up-skill through further training.
