Job DescriptionWarehouse OperationsManage all warehouse activities including goods receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.Ensure all products (raw materials, components, and finished goods) are handled safely and correctly to maintain product integrity, particularly for fragrances and essential oils.Implement and maintain an effective warehouse layout, optimising space and material flow.Ensure compliance with COSHH, HSE, and other relevant safety regulations for handling flammable and aromatic materials.Maintain accurate stock control using the company’s ERP/WMS system.Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with suppliers, freight partners, and customers.Team LeadershipLead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve high performance, accuracy, and safety standards.Schedule work, allocate resources, and monitor productivity and attendance.Conduct regular team briefings, performance reviews, and training sessions.Stock ManagementManage inventory accuracy through regular stock counts and cycle counting.Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical stock and system records.Collaborate with Production Planning to ensure raw materials are available to meet manufacturing schedules....
