Join our Apprenticeships Engineering team and help shape the next generation of electricians.We are seeking an experienced Electrical Assessor to deliver high-quality work-based learning programmes in Electrical Installation. You will plan assess and support learners throughout their journey ensuring they gain the skills and knowledge required for success in the industry. This role involves working closely with employers and learners both on-site and in college to maintain high standards of teaching assessment and health and safety.Essential Criteria Electrical Installation qualifications (preferably via an Apprenticeship) GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) Practical experience of electrical installation Experience of training within the industry Ability to motivate and inspire apprenticesKey Responsibilities Plan deliver and assess work-based learning in Electrical Installation including functional skills where required Manage a caseload of learners and ensure timely progress tracking and reporting Conduct health and safety monitoring visits and ensure compliance with risk assessments Support the development of learning materials and contribute to curriculum design Promote apprenticeship opportunities to students and employers and assist with recruitment and initial assessmentsWhy Join Us Competitive salary Enrolment onto the NEST Pension Scheme. 30Bookable annual leave days bank holidays and 2 weeks off at Christmas.
