As a Trainer Assessor, you will:
- Provide outstanding work-based teaching, learning, and assessment to apprentices, ensuring they meet all components of their apprenticeship standard.
- Track and support the progress of apprentices through regular reviews, identifying and addressing any barriers to learning promptly.
- Use initial assessment tools to create individualized training plans in collaboration with employers and apprentices.
- Maintain accurate and auditable records, ensuring all qualifications, portfolios, and functional skills are completed.
- Offer career information, advice, and guidance to support apprentices in their next steps.
