Head of Shared Services & Finance TransformationLocation: Birmingham (Hybrid)Type: PermanentThe RoleWe’re looking for a Head of Shared Services / Finance Transformation Manager who knows how to take a finance operation from “functional” to “fantastic.” Someone who can diagnose, design and deliver change - and bring people with them. This role is to join a rapidly growing business and there is no doubt, there will be ongoing projects for someone who likes problem solving and driving efficiencies. What you’ll be drivingEnd-to-end leadership of Shared Service operations across AP, AR, Treasury, and General Accounting.A full transformation agenda: process redesign, automation, standardisation, and continuous improvement; for e.g. experience in implementing a PO process in AP and untangling transactional finance to drive efficiencies.
