My client is a unique Accounting Practice that has grown year on year. My client has been winning lots of new business and are adding headcount at a rapid pace and so I'm looking for Manager level candidates with expertise from any industry. You should have solid external audit experience, be a great communicator and be prepared for a hands on role with excellent work/life balance - 9-5 and hybrid working.


About the Role:

My client is seeking a motivated and experienced Audit Manager to join a dynamic and growing firm. In this role, you'll lead Audits for a diverse portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality service while fostering strong client relationships. You'll also have the opportunity to mentor and develop junior team members and contribute to the growth and success of the audit practice.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the planning, execution, and completion of audit engagements.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing insightful advice and support.
  • Supervise and mentor audit teams, ensuring professional development.
  • Review audit workpapers and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Support business development initiatives and strengthen client relationships.


About You:

  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience.
  • Strong technical expertise in audit, including knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines.
  • Be genuine with excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
