If youre up for a challenge like to solve problems at pace and have the drive to learn and grow this is where you can elevate your career.Reporting into a Trading Manager you will be responsible for the successful execution of campaign brand and promotional strategies facing into digital marketing commercial and optimisation teams to drive initiatives and actions to improve conversion rates and KPIs.Executing day-to-day trading of a website(s) under the guidance of Trading ManagerManage reporting of daily/weekly/monthly/annual trade providing detailed analysis of key business drivers and feeding into action plans to ensure sales and contribution targets are metUtilising available resources analysing seasonal sales patterns to maintain commercial awareness reporting on key competitors and customer behaviourOversee and report on the weekly content for site changes campaigns promotions and brand partner updates. End-to-end management of all critical paths for campaign and promotional activity including awareness of upcoming activitiesEnsure communication of product & trading strategies to all digital marketing and optimisation teams.Assist with coordinating evergreen and seasonal content requirements to drive SEO customer engagement and conversion.Manage process of improving product content supporting teams to resolve any issues as quickly as possible to optimise salesPeople ManagementSet clear objectives goals and development plans for Trading Assistant(s) as relevantCollaborate effectively with key internal and external stakeholders utilising appropriate communication and people management methods.Be an active and positive contributor to the team contributing to the overall ecommerce strategyRepresent the Digital Trading Team across the wider business ensuring ecommerce KPIs are understood and achievable for allQualifications : Valid working rights for the UK countriesAnalytical with strong reporting skills and attention to detailAdvanced Google Analytics Contentsquare and Excel userExperience working within e-commerce platformsIndependent self-motivated and proactiveAt least 2 years of experience in a similar digital role in a retail or consumer brandAdditional Information : Along with your benefits package we also offer a wide range of perks for our colleagues:Reward Recognition and OpportunitiesFrasers Champion- Our employees are at the heart of our business and we ensure individuals are recognised every single month for their hard work.
