We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager specialising in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) projects to join our client's esteemed team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of complex OneStream implementations, leveraging your deep expertise in EPM solutions and project management methodologies to ensure client satisfaction and project success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end project management lifecycle, from project initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project scope, timeline, and budget constraints.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, understanding their business needs, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into actionable project plans and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with solution architects and technical teams to design and configure customised OneStream solutions tailored to meet client requirements and objectives.
  • Allocate and manage project resources effectively, including project team members and consultants, to ensure optimal project delivery and resource utilisation.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively, developing contingency plans as needed to minimise impact on project timelines and deliverables.
  • Communicate project status, progress, and key milestones effectively to internal and external stakeholders, including project sponsors, steering committees, and executive leadership.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies to facilitate user adoption and organisational change, ensuring smooth transition to new EPM solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients post-implementation, addressing any issues or concerns and ensuring continued success and satisfaction.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field; PMP certification preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in managing complex EPM projects (e.g. OneStream, Anaplan, Tagetik, HFM, FCCS, PBCS, TM1, Vena Solutions etc)
  • Strong project management skills, including project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Excellent client-facing and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and manage client expectations effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and priorities concurrently.
  • Experience with change management methodologies and techniques is a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Smartsheet).
