Senior M&E QS - Up to £95,000 + Package I'm currently working with one of the leading M&E Contractors who have secured a £30 million project based in Central London. They are now recruiting for a Senior M&E QS to join their solid team of surveyors and take a lead on this project. The project itself is a new build mixed development comprising of some high end residential work, commercial fit out and retail units. The project is still in pre construction and is expected to run for around 18-24 months. This company offers a great package on top of a highly competitive salary, they would also be open to looking at people on a freelance basis if they have demonstrated longevity in their contracts. Experience taking a lead on projects valued up to £20million within the commercial and residential sector is required at this level. The company has a great social life with regular events and nights out. One of the best commercial teams in London with a healthy pipeline of projects.
