We are looking for a HSEQ Advisor to help ensuring that Cadeler is proactive, up to date and complies with HSEQ-related standards.

Then you might be the HSEQ Advisor we are looking for.

Cadeler is a global partner in offshore wind farm construction and maintenance, and we are part of an industry that is now, more than ever, both relevant and in high demand. As our industry continues to grow, so do we We are now looking for a HSEQ Advisor to help ensuring that Cadeler is proactive, up to date and complies with HSEQ-related standards and industry Best Practice.

What will you do?

As our new HSEQ Advisor you will develop and implement HSEQ management system and carry out external and internal audits in accordance with quality, environmental and occupational health & safety standards. You will assist the Vice President - Head of HSEQ to provide HSEQ insight, knowledge, and support in all aspects of HSEQ to the company.

Your main tasks include:

  • Providing input to develop and execute annual HSEQ improvement program as well as planning and executing various safety and quality development of the company projects.
