About the role

MAB are passionate about supporting customers through the mortgage cycle and are investing in digital to enable this in a unique, scalable way. Having recently introduced digital tools to capture customers earlier in research phase through the Salesforce Cloud to nurture customers, our strategic focus is to support customers to be ‘mortgage ready’ and guide them throughout the purchase journey, building a value-add, long-lasting relationship.

The Head of Digital Product is a strategic and results-oriented Leader, leading the Digital Marketing team to optimise our website portfolio. This individual plays a pivotal role in transforming our digital channels into lead-generation engines tailored to each brand's business goals to meet unique customer needs. The Head of Digital Product will develop and manage digital tools to capture potential customers and nurture those relationships, ultimately driving conversion and brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end management of website assets, focusing on performance optimisation, and user experience.
  • Continuously analyse and refine the digital product roadmap, balancing short-term results with long-term value.
  • Work closely with wider Marketing and UX/UI Development colleagues across teams to design, test and refine landing pages, forms, and other conversion-driving elements.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs related to lead generation, user engagement, and customer acquisition cost (CAC), with regular optimization to meet targets.
  • Lead the creation of interactive tools (e.g. mortgage calculators, homeowner financial planning tools) that provide value to users and capture leads effectively.
  • Partner with the CRM team to design and implement nurturing workflows, from initial capture through to conversion, tailored to each brand's needs.
  • Lead a cross-functional team, providing direction and mentorship to support their development and success.
  • Build a collaborative environment with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales and Tech teams to ensure alignment on digital product initiatives.
  • Champion a data-driven approach to decision-making, encouraging the team to prioritise user insights and performance metrics.

About You

  • Significant experience in delivering Digital Product Marketing tools within a commercial environment.
  • Proven track record of building and optimising digital products that drive lead generation, with strong knowledge of UX principles and data integration.
  • Strong people leadership skills to lead your direct line reports and lead wider Marketing teams by example.
  • Experience leading and developing cross-functional teams with strong collaboration skills to work across departments and influence at all levels.
  • Proficiency in CMS systems (e.g. Umbraco)
  • An understanding of front-end development and digital tool implementation.
  • Passion for delivering a high-quality user experience that resonates with diverse customer needs and builds brand loyalty.
  • Take ownership to bring stakeholders with you to deliver the Digital strategy.
  • Self-aware with an understanding of the needs of others and able to flex style and approach to influence diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-informed decisions.
