This role would suit someone who is early in their people operations career with 1-2 years of experience in People HR or Operations functions. Youll support the operational backbone of our people team ensuring smooth day-to-day processes across onboarding contractor management and HR administration. Youll be highly organised detail-oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where you can make a real impact.This role is based in our London office with an expectation that youd be with the team in-person 3 days a week.About youYou have up to 2 years of experience which could come from a people HR or operations support role; we are also open to this being your first roleYou have strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detailYou are comfortable managing multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneouslyYou have excellent communication skills both written and verbalExperience with HR systems and tools is beneficial but not essential you should definitely be eager to learn new platformsYou are proactive and take ownership of your work following through on tasks without needing to be chasedYou have high agency and a bias for actionYou highly respect confidentiality and the integrity of informationYou are passionate and curious about our mission; changing how the healthcare industry operates and how new health treatments are developedWhat youll focus:Our People and Operations team is small so you will be essential in ensuring our people operations run smoothly. Below are the key responsibilities you would be expected to own when you join.Onboarding and OffboardingCoordinate end-to-end onboarding processes for new joiners including scheduling communications and system accessMaintain accurate employee records and documentation ensuring compliance with regulatory requirementsAdminister track and manage important employee documentation such as licenses visas and certificationsContractor ManagementManage contractor agreements documentation and tracking systemsCoordinate contractor onboarding including system access background checks and certificationsEnsure all contractor compliance requirements are met and maintainedHR Administration and SystemsProvide day-to-day HR administrative support across the UK US and EUManage our HRIS and benefits platforms ensuring accurate data and smooth processesWork closely with our PEO and EOR partners externally and key stakeholders including our legal and finance teams internally to deliver on people processesRespond to queries from across the business when required supporting People Partners in doing soEmployee Engagement SupportSupport our people partners with the administration and delivery of employee surveys and review processesSupport internal communications and engagement initiativesAssist with All Hands meetings and other company-wide events as and when requiredWhat we offer (UK):We believe in rewarding the people who are building the future of clinical research.Financial & Growth:Competitive salary plus meaningful equity - youll own a piece of what were building1000 annual Learning & Development budget for courses certifications and conferences39 days annual leave (30 days PTO 8 bank holidays 1 James Lind Day) Health & Wellbeing:60 monthly wellness allowance with flexibility on how to spend this including opting in to a company private health insurance or wellhub membership.Access to gym and retail discounts through HapplCulture & Connection:Monthly lunch vouchers for remote team membersRegular company events and team gatherings (both virtual and in-person)Charity partnerships and volunteering opportunities with Forward TrustWork with a team thats genuinely changing healthcare for the betterOur Hiring Process:We believe hiring should be transparent respectful of your time and give you a real feel for what Lindus Health is like.
