Public Area Cleaner - full time – Maldron Hotel Liverpool

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Public Area Cleaner in the Maldron Hotel Liverpool City

With a prime location near the Liverpool waterfront, this 268 bedroomed hotel is the first in the city for Dalata Hotel Group, the fastest growing hotel chain in the UK. And with a variety of bedroom options, an exciting Meeting & Events product as well as a spacious, contemporary Bar which will become a hotspot in the city, the hotel is on track to become one of Liverpool's most favourite leisure and business destinations

We are seeking an energetic and experienced Public Area Cleaner who will embody our culture and values, and really represent Maldron Liverpool City by supporting the Accommodation Team during their daily operations.

Objective of the Role

Reporting to the Accommodation Supervisor, the Public Area Cleaner will execute housekeeping duties for the hotel ensuring our general areas are maintained to the highest standard.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Look after the cleanliness of all Public Areas including Bar/Restaurant, guest bathrooms, Back of House areas, staff facilities, lift lobby areas plus more
  • Highlight any items or areas that need maintenance.
  • Be open for work in other departments.
  • Prepare rooms and general areas to the Dalata standard.

Requirements:

  • Experience in housekeeping and cleaning is desired but not essential.
  • Customer focus.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ambition to develop.
