The Network & Acquiring Solutions team at American Express powers global payments working across business units and with key industry stakeholders. We tackle critical challenges like securing online transactions and driving innovation in payment solutions.The Network & Acquirer Solutions team is modernizing our payments network with products like Debit QR Tokenization and Account to Account payments enabling expansion into new markets customer acquisition and regulatory compliance.How will you make an impact in this roleAs a Business Architecture SeniorManager for Network and Acquirer Solutions you will define the future business capabilities of the Payments Network in GMNS. Youll work with business partners to understand strategic goals analyse the associated business capabilities and determine opportunities for re-use or transformation. Youll solve complex problems assess alternative solutions and design innovative deliverables that align with strategic goals. Youll also build relationships across teams influence stakeholders and present insights to senior leadership.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with business partners to define scope value and strategic alignment of priorities.Lead transformational initiatives enhancing and introducing new network capabilities.Present complex ideas clearly to senior leadership.Provide consultancy on network ecosystems capabilities and discovery best practices.Deliver solutions with business and technology partners.Minimum Qualifications:Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.Business Process Modelling data & insight analysisExcellent communication and ability to elicit and translate business needs into technical requirementsStrong analytical skills with the ability to clearly articulate complexitiesStrong collaboration presentation and influencing skillsProven experience driving results in a global environmentExperience in business architecture business transformation and Agile frameworks would be preferred.Payments industry and Business Architecture experience is preferred but not essential Employment eligibility to work with American Express in the UK is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for these positions.We back you with benefits that support your holistic well-being so you can be and deliver your best.
