Our client, a leading multi-disciplinary compliance consultancy, is seeking an experienced Fire Risk Assessor / Health & Safety Consultant to join their growing team in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional with a strong background in both fire safety and health & safety compliance. You will work across a diverse client base, conducting detailed fire risk assessments and providing health & safety consultancy services to ensure clients meet their statutory and regulatory obligations. Key Responsibilities Carry out fire risk assessments across a range of sectors including commercial, residential, and industrial premises. Provide health & safety advice and audits, ensuring compliance with current legislation and best practice. Prepare comprehensive, practical, and compliant reports in line with PAS 79 and the Fire Safety Order 2005. Deliver client support and recommendations on fire safety management, emergency planning, and risk mitigation. Develop and review health & safety policies, risk assessments, and safe systems of work. Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering professional and reliable consultancy services. Requirements CertIOSH qualification – essential. Tier 2 IFSM membership – essential.
