We seek a talented, Midweight Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences and a keen eye for visual aesthetics. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design innovative digital products that meet user needs and drive business goals.
You’ll be working alongside the Head of Creative and other creatives with a collaborative approach on a wide range of clients, creating original ideas for creative briefs across print and digital and supporting the overall creative output in the studio. We're looking for someone who can put their preferences to one side, face challenging situations, and solve design problems—all while considering the needs of the wider team and key stakeholders. You’ll also need to demonstrate your skills and knowledge with a portfolio of work.
The designer will join an award-winning agency that puts its customers at the heart of everything it does. You can expect to work in a fun, relaxed, creative, and inspiring environment with a group of talented, ambitious, creative people in a studio that encourages individual growth.
We currently use a hybrid studio/home working model, and our head office is based in Mirfield. You will be expected to be in the office at least 2/3 days a week.

- Visual portfolio or showreel examples of completed design projects
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects etc)
- Proficiency in InDesign with a particular focus on layout
- Experience in using Sketch or Figma and familiar with UI trends
- Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colours, fonts and layouts to create engaging solutions
- Excellent attention to visual details and finishing
- Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team
- Work on brand projects, from conception to delivery
- Design original pieces, including layout, illustration and infographics
- Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software
- Apply typography techniques
- Generate ideas to portray concepts and effectively advertise products
- Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects
- Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools
- 3+ years of experience actively using required skills
- Preferably an agency environment experience
- Interest in video and motion graphics (After Effects animation, dynamic typography, character animation)
- Digital design (Responsive design principles, Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, email design and wireframing, etc)
- Experience with 3D software (Blender, Cinema 4D, Adobe Dimension)
- Driving licence
