A fantastic opportunity with one of the biggest names in nuclear and defence is looking for an EC&I Engineer to join there team on a long term basis to work shift patterns. This is a great opportunity with a good pay rate that has plenty of opportunity for growth and development.Job Title - EC&I EngineerLocation - Reading (11 shifts on and 3 shifts off)Contract Length - 12 MonthsPay Rates - £61.66 an Hour (Umbrella Inside IR35)Daily deliverables:Ensure any and all specification for clients design are implemented and checked for safety complianceEnsure changes are effectively controlled and that work is well documented and coordinated to the correct managersEnsure the implementation of the Project Execution Plan (PEP)Improve construction safety performance to meet Company targetsLiaise with designers and / or technical experts to ensure correct interpretation of their requirements and obtain authorisation for modifications as a consequence of local conditions.Implementation of Quality Plans, Method Statements, and Risk Assessments etc.Ensure the teams work is checked thoroughly and maintained to the specific requirements of the end clientKey Skills/Qualifications:HNC/HND or degree in a relevant engineering fieldTime spent working on highly regulated sites (preferably Nuclear)Installation, commissioning and operations experiencePlease note this role will require security clearanceIf you're keen and qualified, please do give me a call on (phone number removed) or email me at (url removed)
