As well as post-registration experience you bring knowledge of mentoring and multi-specialty surgical procedures. Ideally you hold qualifications in teaching and assessment and management.As a Senior Staff Nurse - Oncologyyou will:Have a completed UKONS SACT passport.Be proficient in cannulation and venepuncture and able to access CVADs.Lead by example and be an ambassador for the Nuffield Health way of caring.Recognise talent and nurture junior colleagues mentoring them to be the best they can be.Use your excellent clinical skills and empathetic approach to meet each patients needs.Enjoy autonomy to make decisions that ensure excellent patient care.Provide day-to-day supervision including clinical supervision of junior nursing staff and students.Contribute to scheduling and rotas recruitment induction performance reviews and training.Helping you feel good.We want you to love coming to work feeling healthy happy and valued.
