A Technical Sales Engineer is sought to take on a Component Sales Executive role for a leading name in satellite communications infrastructure. With excellent inter-personal skills and the ability to discuss complex technical problems with a range of customers, you'll thrive working within a customer facing role. The Technical Sales / Component Sales role will involve:


  • Driving continued sales growth thought both existing and new clients.
  • Being main point of contact for Component Sales, responding to technical tenders, providing customer support and maintaining excellent customer relations by phone / email and in person.
  • Attending global industry trade shows.
  • Managing International accounts.
  • Occasional International travel for 5-10% of the time.


The ideal candidate will bring:


  • A track record in Technical Sales within an International arena.
  • Excellent communication and customer facing skills.
  • The ability to make a strong technical proposal.
  • Experience of International travel for business purposes.
  • Some knowledge of RF components or other electronic equipment.
  • Good negotiation and problem solving skills.


The successful Technical Sales Engineer will be offered a competitive salary with a hybrid working option (3 days office / 2 WFH), a commission scheme plus numerous benefits to include 25 days holiday (plus buy/sell scheme), Annual Bonus and salary review, free refreshments, free on-site gym, subsidised employee canteen, well-being support and more.
