Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Head of Construction Sales for Sany Machinery located primarily in East Anglia and surrounding counties with some work-from-home flexibility. The Head of Construction Sales will be responsible for overseeing the sales strategy in the construction sector, managing relationships with key clients, developing sales forecasts, and ensuring compliance with company sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include client consultations, overseeing the sales team, developing marketing strategies, and coordinating with service and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.Product lines Excavators 1 - 100TTelehandlersRollers and road machinery more to come…… Qualifications Strong skills in Budgeting and Forecast ControlExperience in Key Account sales within the Construction industry or similar Proficiency in Sales ManagementExcellent leadership and team management and motivational skillsEffective communication and negotiation abilitiesAbility to strategize and execute sales plansBackground in the construction or machinery industry is a plus5 years industry sales experience minimum Benefits Competitive base payVehicle / car allowance Non capped commission/ bonus scheme Income protection & death in service Pension Scheme Employee benefits package Company Description Global Machinery Solutions Ltd is a well-established and recognized machinery dealer and supplier in the UK and Western Europe.
