With at least 5 years of experience, you'll have the opportunity to dive into a variety of exciting projects. What you'll bring:

  • A solid knowledge of NPPF, SuDS, and the planning system
  • Experience in hydrological and hydraulic modelling
  • Great communication and project management skills
  • Passion for mentoring junior engineers
  • Ability to deliver top-quality work to clients (while staying calm under pressure)

What we're offering:
Competitive salary + annual reviews
26 days holiday (rising to 31 with loyalty days) + bank holidays
Hybrid working arrangements (work-life balance is key)
Incredible training and development opportunities
Fast-tracked career progression for ambitious engineers
Mentoring from industry experts
Opportunities to be client-facing and support business development
