PSR Solutions are working with a market leading client within the Civil Engineering Sector to recruit an Estimator to Join their Pre-Construction team on a permanent basis. This role will be based in Yorkshire and will involve work within the Residential Groundworks sector. Estimator Roles and Responsibilities Making initial contact with clients to confirm accept or decline of tender. Assisting in producing take-offs and cost database for analysis by others Calculate the cost of materials, transport, labour and plant hire. Undergo regular site visits to understand the process/ timings and sciences of estimating including the realization of the labour/ plant and material aspect of any given construction process. Keeping up to date with inflation and projected timescale costs.Estimator Requirements Ideally an Estimator / Senior Estimator with Residential Groundworks experience Civils / Groundworks experience is essential General Knowledge of contractual terms within the construction industry.
