About the Role You’ll be working as an in-house Mortgage Broker within a thriving estate agency, handling a consistent flow of high-quality leads. You’ll work closely with an experienced director, managing a back book of existing clients, ensuring continued business growth and referrals. The role is fully office-based, allowing for close collaboration with the estate agency team and ensuring maximum conversion of leads. With full administrative support, you’ll have the freedom to focus on advising clients and closing deals without getting bogged down in paperwork.
